Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day. During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended slightly.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

Typical delivery times:
• Domestic (United States): 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear once the shipment is in transit.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly. You may also reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or solution where applicable.
